Allowing users to activate / deactivate multiple Recipes in bulk - CXE-560

You will now be able to activate / deactivate multiple Recipes in bulk via the Recipes List page, which is going to reduce the time you spend administrating your Recipes.

FAO of MM clients:
When activating / deactivating a Recipe on its Recipe Details page or multiple Recipes in bulk on the Recipe List page, we will now activate / deactivate:
- the Standard Portion Recipes in line with their Alternative Portion Recipes.
- the Standard Line Recipes in line with their Standard Line Stock Items and Supplier Products.

450937 Reports Stock Definitions Fix applied to the 'Ingredients by Menu Roll Up' report so that it won't display an error anymore when a Recipe's Batch ingredient has a temporary item.
454711 Stock Wastage Fix applied to wastages from the till so that they will only be imported into a stock period if they fall within the stock period's date range.
381525 Stock and Cash Finalise Improvement made to the Finalise pages where you will be able to finalise your stock / cash period with £0 sales as long as the last day of your stock / cash period has a valid end of day sales file with £0 sales.
394940 Stock Admin Temporary Items Improvement made to Temporary Items so that their 'Notes', 'Final Dish Photo', and 'Steps Photos' tabs will not be displayed anymore.
446768 Stock Admin Stock Items and Batches Fix applied to the 'Replace in Batch / Recipe' wizard so that you will be able to replace an ingredient within a Batch / Recipe with another ingredient that is already used in that Batch / Recipe as long as you are using a different Dispense Size for that other ingredient.
451524 Stock Admin Batches Fix applied to Batches so that when you add an ingredient to them, the values under the 'Unit Cost' column will not be displayed as £0.
424048 Stock Admin Batches and Recipes Fix applied to Batches and Recipes so that when you enter a search word into the Ingredient search field, backspace it, then you enter different search word, the old entry will not be displayed in the background anymore.
458455 Stock Admin Stock Items and Batches Fix applied to Stock Items and Batches so that when you are a fully integrated MM client, you will only be able to create Dispense Sizes and Pack Sizes up to 10 characters.

428756 Stock Admin Importer Improvement made to the Allergen Importer so that you will only be able to use it, if you configure your allergen and suitability information on Supplier Product level.
